Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 in 1954. She was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox was accepted into the Royal Academy of Music in London in the 1970s where she studied the flute piano and the harpsichord over three years. Lennox was able to survive on a student's stipend working part-time in order to supplement her earnings. Lennox decided to change her profession when she was dissatisfied with her inexperience in the same way as the other Royal Academy students. Lennox performed flute in the 1976 group called Dragons Playground. She left the band before the band went on I.T.V.s talent competition New Faces. Her main role was as the singer of The Tourists from 1977 until 1980. It was here that she met Dave Stewart and together they formed the duo Eurythmics. Lennox started working on Diva in 1992, her debut solo album. Commercially and critically, it was an enormous achievement. Nostalgia Lennoxs Sixth Solo Album came out in the month of October 2014. The C.D. Lennox picked her favorite blues and soul tunes. Lepidoptera was released by Lennox on May 19, 2019. It is a collection comprised of four songs improvised. The E.P. The album is a companion to her Now I let it go... artwork that was exhibited at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. It's also her debut independent album.
