Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry is an American model, actress and beauty contestant who won the 'Miss USA title in 1996. Her mother named her in honor of the actress Ali MacGraw after she watched the film she directed in 1970, 'Love Story'. She is from French (Cajun) descendance and grew up in Cecilia, Louisiana, where she attended Cecilia High School. She was the captain of the cheerleading squad during her high school years and was named 'Miss Louisiana Teen America' when she was of 17. After that, in 1996, she was crowned 'Miss Louisiana USA. She gained fame when she was crowned Miss USA. In 1997, she made her debut on the television show 'Clueless. She became known as "the Doritos Girl", following her appearance in a Doritos commercial' in the Super Bowl of 1998. She first made an appearance as actor in the 2000 movie Beautiful. Through the following years she was a part of several films and TV series. Additionally, she has appeared on several lists of'most desired women.
